The love of comics started with my mom, a lifelong Green Hornet fan (and now a Fables fan through me). We would watch X-Men: The Animated series together and eventually when we would journey to the bookstores, I would snag the latest trade paperback of Ultimate X-Men, New X-Men, or Uncanny X-Men.

 

Then I realized a lot of my favorite movies and tv series growing up were based on comics (The Crow, The Phantom, Witchblade, etc).

 

So, I fell down the rabbit hole and never stopped.
